If you believe that you have been denied the right to vote based on your race, color, or language minority status, OR that otherwise your voting rights under federal law have been violated, you may contact the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice.

Voters are advised to try to contact their County Elections Department first at the Bexar County Elections Department, 203 W. Neuvo, phone (210) 335-0362. If a voter is unable to obtain help to resolve a voting rights violation complaint with their County Elections office, then a voter is encouraged to contact the Department of Justice.
