How to use eBay satchels

If you’re sending 5kg or less within Australia, flat rate eBay satchels are a great way to manage parcel deliveries to your customers. If you’d like to pay for your postage online, you’ll need to connect your eBay account to a free MyPost Business account.

1. Buy your eBay satchels

Buy a pack at your local Post Office or on our online shop, or with your MyPost Business or eBay account.

2. Pay for and print labels

You can pay for labels at your local Post Office, or through your MyPost, MyPost Business or eBay account. Choose ‘print postage label’ in your eBay account.

3. Ship your items

Post at one of 4,300+ Post Offices, 635+ Australia Post Parcel Lockers or 15,500+ street posting boxes. Or, if you have a MyPost Business account, you can organise a pickup from your home or office.
