1 Next-day connection is available for customers with an existing nbn® service at the address and an nbn®-approved modem. Delays may occur if you’re moving address or for circumstances beyond our control. There will be a short downtime when switching between nbn® providers. Fees and/or notice periods may apply for terminating your service with your existing provider.
2 If you’re on an nbn® Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) or Fixed Wireless (FW) connection, you will need to contact your current provider to cancel your service. Fees and/or notice periods may apply for terminating your service with your existing provider.
3 Speeds experienced may be lower. Typical evening speeds are based on customer averages between 7pm-11pm each day and are not a guaranteed minimum.
4 You’ll need an nbn® approved modem to use Australia Post Broadband. If you’re on an nbn® Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Building (FTTB) connection, your modem must be able to support VDSL2.
5 If you choose to port your existing number, we’ll arrange this on your behalf. There may be costs from your existing provider to keep your existing number.
Other fees may apply to connect your premises to the network, including a new development fee. The AP Broadband service is provided by Australian Postal Corporation on the nbn® network and you must have an approved modem to operate on that network. Usage subject to Fair Go Policy.
